Plans, and what each one includes
Three tiers — Starter, Professional and Enterprise. Every plan reaches the full module ecosystem; the tiers differ on AI credits, seats, support and deployment options.
Pricing is published rather than quoted, up to the point where deployment complexity makes a published number meaningless. Current figures are always on the pricing page — treat that as authoritative over any summary, including this one.
Starter
For small teams getting started. Up to 5 team members, 3 product modules, basic Brain AI features, up to 10 AI Helper credits, standard API access and email support.
Professional
The common choice for a growing business. Up to 25 team members, access to all product modules, advanced Brain AI, up to 100 AI Helper credits, advanced analytics and reporting, custom workflows, integration support, training sessions, a dedicated account manager and priority support.
Enterprise
Quoted per deployment, because the things that drive the cost are specific to you. Unlimited team members and AI Helper credits, the full Brain AI suite, 24/7 priority support, custom AI model training, an SLA guarantee, custom integrations, on-premise deployment options, and security and compliance certification.
Adding people
Team members can be added to any plan. On Professional that is $10 per member per month. Enterprise includes unlimited team members. There are no setup fees on Starter or Professional; Enterprise deployments may carry an implementation cost depending on scope.
Discounted pricing is available for educational institutions and registered non-profits, subject to verification.
