Deployment, onboarding and training

Role-based interfaces mean minimal training. Onboarding support, video tutorials and training sessions are included, with implementation scoped for Enterprise deployments.

The training burden on a platform like this is usually a design problem in disguise. Targets Live is built around role-based interfaces: field staff get a mobile app with guided workflows, managers get web dashboards. Nobody has to learn the parts of the system that belong to someone else's job, which is why minimal training is required in practice.

What comes with it

  • Onboarding support during setup
  • Video tutorials for self-service learning
  • Live training sessions, included from the Professional plan
  • A dedicated account manager on Professional, and a dedicated success team on Enterprise

Configuration

Fields, workflows, reports and user permissions are all configurable, and are normally shaped to your existing business processes and hierarchy during onboarding rather than afterwards. Enable only the modules you need; the others can be switched on later without a migration.

Enterprise deployments may include a custom implementation cost, scoped against the specific requirements and complexity involved. Starter and Professional have no setup fee.
